The client required a team of experts to consult on bringing the brand onto an e-commerce platform for the first time, that would allow them to market their products easily and generate sales. We provided a clean interface and user experience to ensure users can add items into the cart easily and checkout.
Better’s values are to sustainably produce tights that are “crafted to ensure their tights fit seamlessly to your form, without the need to constantly hoist them up”. With years of development under their belt already, they are destined for a successful future in e-commerce and have recently featured on This Morning, Lorraine, in various newspapers and working with high-profile influencers as part of their marketing activities.
For this project we carried out a discovery session. which was followed by a design stage, a development phase and working with our partners at Veeqo to set up their fulfilment processes. This was built on the Shopify platform and involved a design phase for approval before development.
One key feature included building a ‘Find Your Fit’ page. They needed a custom solution for their size calculator requirements. In order to link back to their high quality Italian manufacturing heritage, the client wanted Italian numerals as their sizing options for the website.
We designed and developed a simple UX for users to determine their size. Customers put in their UK tight size and height to determine their fit in Italian numerals. Once their size is determined, we present an option to get shopping easily with a ‘Shop Now’ button.
Just in case there is human error when calculating, we added a recalculate button so users can amend their choices too.
