We had the pleasure of working with the LFC Foundation on a film for The Premier League’s More Than A Game campaign, telling the story of Eddie Sullivan, a long-serving community coach whose impact has reached countless people through football. The project followed Eddie’s work within the community before culminating in a surprise visit to the AXA Training Centre, where Virgil van Dijk presented him with his Premier League Community Captain award.
Our role involved full production across multiple locations, capturing interviews, documentary-style moments, drone footage and fast-paced handheld shooting throughout the day as well as editing for various social media platforms. The aim was to create something authentic and emotional that reflected both Eddie’s personality and the wider impact of the LFC Foundation’s work across the city.
Following release, the film reached over 2.8 million views on Instagram and generated an incredible response online, helping shine a light on the positive work being carried out by the LFC Foundation and the stories behind it.

We also produced another video as part of the project for an Instagram reel, where Eddie met the Liverpool first team squad during a visit to the AXA Training Centre. The film featured moments with players including Mo Salah, Hugo Ekitike, Cody Gakpo, Ryan Gravenberch, Dominik Szoboszlai, Alisson Becker and Alexis Mac Allister, as well as Liverpool manager Arne Slot.
Following release, the video reached over 1.1 million views on Instagram.

Another project we created focused on Sol Sorsky, a 90 year old lifelong Liverpool supporter and the LFC Foundation’s oldest walking football participant. The film followed Sol during the Foundation’s weekly walking football sessions before taking him to the AXA Training Centre for a behind the scenes experience, where he was surprised by Alexis Mac Allister and spent time chatting with former Liverpool goalkeeper Chris Kirkland.
The project explored the important role football still plays in Sol’s life, with the walking football sessions providing not only a way to stay active, but also a strong sense of community, friendship and routine each week. Seeing Sol connect with players, staff and fellow participants brought a huge amount of warmth and personality to the final film.
Our role covered filming the walking football sessions, capturing the interviews and editing. The focus was on telling Sol’s story in a way that felt uplifting and engaging, while also highlighting the incredible community work the LFC Foundation continues to do through its programmes.
Following release, the film surpassed 1 million views on Instagram and received an incredible response online.
